摘要
辣木是一种营养极其丰富、功能神奇的植物资源,其根、茎、叶、花、种子、枝和树皮等均有重要的开发利用价值。本文综述近几年来辣木中主要功能性成分:辣木籽油、辣木黄酮及多酚、多糖及苷类、辣木蛋白等的提取及辣木系列产品开发的研究进展,并对我国辣木的开发利用前景进行展望。
