低分子肝素的新作用—抗炎/抗细胞粘附机制的研究进展

摘要
低分子肝素(low molecular weight heparins,LMWH)是由未分级肝素(unfraction heparin-UFH,简称肝素)经化学或酶学方法解聚而成,新近研究表明,LMWH除了具有抗凝、抗血栓作用外,还有抗炎、抗补体、改善毛细血管血流紊乱状态,保护内皮细胞功能,重建机体免疫系统内稳状态等生物作用。我们就LMWH抗炎/抗细胞粘附作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
