摘要：

在国外,特别是发达国家,城市历史滨水地段复兴的方向由工业、商业复兴转向休闲游憩开发,并借游憩产业实现"城水共兴"。这种方向的转变对我国目前正在复兴中的历史滨水地段开发具有很好的启发意义。为此,本文通过梳理国外有关城市历史滨水地段复兴与游憩开发的文献,总结国外城市历史滨水地段复兴的背景、模式、经验。在此基础上,结合我国历史滨水地段的实际,笔者从开发模式、开发理念、开发机制三方面,提出若干的建议。
