摘要：

《中国骨关节炎疼痛管理临床实践指南(2020年版)》涉及关节炎(osteoarthritis, OA)疼痛管理的非药物治疗以及药物治疗等领域, 共14条推荐意见。与国内的骨关节炎诊疗共识相比, 该指南在方法学的选择和推荐意见的提出方面存在一定的优势。因此, 有必要解读该指南, 以加快对指南的理解和传播。最终的目的是:①加强对OA疼痛治疗的规范和理解;②加强OA临床工作者对本指南制订方法学的理解, 从而更好地结合推荐意见和证据指导临床实践;③加快指南制订方法学在我国的传播;④为制订基于我国现状的临床实践指南提供方法学指引。
