膳食调控减肥——附14例超重者减肥预试验

摘要
本文介绍一种以膳食调控为主的综合减重方法,并报导运用该法对14例既往无任何严重疾患的志愿者(体量指数BMI均大于25.0kg/m2),进行为期8周的减重预试验的初步结果.减重前,14例超重者膳食结构极不合理,脂肪供热比平均为42%,最高达60%,仅1人小于30%.经过8周的减重计划,体重下降最少者为3.0kg,最多者为11.0kg.BMI下降最少者为1.2kg/m2,最多者为3.9kg/m2.腰围、腹围和臀围也有明显缩小.预试验的结果说明膳食调控是一种有效的减重手段,且易为志愿者接受.
