正常及高甘油三酯血症患者血浆脂蛋白亚组分中脂质及载脂蛋白B代谢的研究

摘要：

<正> 极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)是由肝和小肠粘膜细胞合成与分泌的。在VLDL分解代谢时生成低密度脂蛋白(LDL);每一VLDL颗粒在代谢中仅能生成一个LDL;这一过程是在血管内进行的。在人体内,对VLDL分子内载脂蛋白B(apo-B)代谢的研究指出,apo-B约占VLDL分子内载脂蛋白(Apolipoprotein)总量的50%;极低密度脂蛋白组分中载脂蛋白B(VL-DL-apoB)是低密度脂蛋白组分中载脂蛋白B(LDL-apoB)的前体。在正常人体内,大部分LDL-apoB来自VLDL-apoB。
