摘要：

<正>心力衰竭(HF)患者表现为心脏不能泵出足够的血液以供给全身组织器官,呼吸困难、乏力和体液潴留等症状可缓慢出现,并逐渐加重,明显影响生活质量〔1〕。目前治疗慢性HF(CHF)的主要方法有利尿剂降低心脏容量负荷、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)和血管紧张素受体阻断剂(ARB)抑制肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统(RASS)激活、β受体阻滞剂抑制交感神经活性、洋地黄正性肌力作用等〔2〕。近年来,通过研究的不
