赭曲霉毒素A化学发光免疫分析技术的建立

摘要
采用直接竞争法,通过对抗原包被浓度、单抗稀释倍数、反应时间进行条件选择优化建立了赭曲霉毒素A的酶促化学发光免疫分析技术。该方法线性范围在10640pg/mL范围内,平均灵敏度为4pg/mL,批内精密度3.96%6.25%,批间精密度6.18%9.62%,回收率的范围在88%105%,稳定性好。
