缺血性脑卒中患者血管性认知功能障碍的影响因素

摘要
目的对缺血性脑卒中后血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)患者相关因素进行分析,探讨缺血性脑卒中患者VCI影响因素。方法筛选2011年7~12月在南通大学附属建湖医院神经内科住院脑梗死患者141例。用神经量表进行评分,对血管性危险因素脑梗死部位、大小、数量、脑白质疏松程度,脑萎缩程度进行对比研究。结果缺血性脑卒中新发病灶位于颞叶、丘脑、尾状核头部、多部位梗死组MMSE,MoCa评分较低(P<0.05)。VCI组病灶数目,脑白质疏松的发生率高于非认知功能障碍(NVCI)组(P<0.05)。VCI组病哈氏值,第三脑室宽度,颞叶海马沟回间距较NVCI组增大,脑室指数,侧脑室体部指数较NVCI组减小(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者血管性认知功能障碍与脑梗死部位,白质疏松,脑萎缩情况有关,且多发病灶较单发病灶认知功能障碍严重。
