制度环境、绿色创业导向与绩效关系研究

摘要：

环境激励水平与环境管制强度对绿色创业导向与企业绩效之间的关系具有调节效应。其中,环境激励水平对社会导向与企业财务绩效之间的关系、社会导向与企业成长绩效之间的关系均具有显著的正向调节效应。环境管制强度对环境导向与企业财务绩效之间的关系具有显著的负向调节效应,而对社会导向与企业财务绩效之间的关系具有显著的正向调节效应。为了促进企业更加自觉、自发地实施绿色创业导向并提升绩效,政府相关决策机构应该有针对性的实施环境激励与环境管制,协调好不同制度环境要素的功效。
