胸腰椎三种前路内固定技术的应用

摘要：

目的 :探讨胸腰椎前路内固定的力学特点、应用指征及临床价值 ,并对Kaneda装置、胸腰椎前路带锁钢板(Anteriorthoraco lumbarlockingplate,ATLP)及AO圆棒内固定系统 (VentroFix)三种技术进行比较。方法 :总结 36例应用胸腰椎前路内固定技术 (包括Kaneda 16例 ,ATLP 14例及VentroFix 6例 )治疗骨折、肿瘤及椎间盘病变的治疗经验。结果 :36例中 31例获 3～ 79个月完整随访 ,治疗效果满意 ,内固定物本身未造成合并症。结论 :胸腰椎前路内固定可早期重建脊柱的稳定性 ,在某些脊柱骨折、肿瘤或椎间盘病变的治疗中具有重要临床价值 ;三种内固定技术的比较结果显示 ,ATLP及VentroFix具有组装简便、省时及术中出血少等优点。
