摘要
<正>磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路在抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞增殖等方面具有重要作用。近年来越来越多的研究发现其与肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌、肝癌及淋巴瘤的发生、发展密切相关。血管形成是肿瘤生长的重要环节,受血管内皮生长因子、表皮生长因子受体、血管生成素等的调控。现将近年来有关P13K/AKT信号通路在肿瘤血管形成中的作用研究进展情况综述如下。
