长期施肥土壤的FDA水解酶活性

摘要
以长期不同施肥处理土壤为研究对象,运用荧光素二乙酸酯(FDA)为底物,采用分光光度法测定土壤FDA水解酶活性.结果表明:在黑土和棕壤上有机肥配施化肥处理的FDA水解酶活性增幅较大,相对于不施肥处理分别增加68.8%和72.4%,也显著高于单施化肥处理;土壤FDA水解酶活性与土壤微生物量碳具有极显著的正相关关系,在黑土和棕壤中相关系数分别为0.912**和0.871**;FDA水解酶活性能较好地反映微生物活性,可以作为评价土壤微生物量和活性的重要指标;同时,土壤FDA水解酶与参与C、N、P、S等重要养分循环的酶活性关系密切,均达到极显著水平.
