脑缺血脑水肿的实验研究——脑组织6-Keto-PGF1α和TXB2与脑水肿的关系

摘要
利用兔大脑中动脉阻断型脑缺血模型,在缺血后不同时间测定脑组织水、钠、钾离子含量及脑组织匀浆6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2含量。缺血后2小时,缺血区水、钠含量即已明显升高(p 0.01)。6-keto-PGFα1在缺血后早期上升,后期下降;TXB2随缺血时间延长而递升。TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值失调仅在后期出现。结果提示:脑缺血后花生四烯酸大量释放是早期脑水肿发生的主要因素,而 TXB2 和6-keto-PGF1α代谢失衡是脑缺血后期神经细胞不可逆性损伤的生化标志。
