<正>腰椎间盘突出临床非常常见,是由外力导致患者腰椎间盘的退行性变而出现纤维环的破裂[1],继而髓核突出并压迫神经根、血管甚至脊髓,从而导致一系列的临床症状[2]。其复发率很高,严重者可导致残疾,对生活质量影响巨大[3]。随着医学发展,治疗方法趋于多样化[4],微创也渐渐受到重视。本研究即探讨和比较射频消融、椎间盘旋切术治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效。1资料与方法
