摘要
纳豆激酶是由纳豆芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusnatto)分泌的一种具有强烈纤溶作用的丝氨酸蛋白酶。作者就纳豆激酶的制备过程、基因结构、蛋白质结构、生物学功能及溶栓特性进行了综述。纳豆激酶经口服后可迅速入血 ,纤溶活性强 ,作用时间长 ,可望开发成新型口服防栓制剂 ,以供医疗和保健应用
