摘要：

烧伤是皮肤软组织损伤较常见的病因,给患者带来极大的生理及心理负担。目前临床上对大面积烧伤的救治仍有较大的局限性。近年来,关于干细胞治疗皮肤烧伤创面的组织工程研究备受关注。本文归纳、总结间充质干细胞治疗烧伤创面的临床前研究和临床试验性研究,并对MSC应用于烧伤创面修复的研究进展作一综述。
