股票决策权认知对员工利他及建言行为的影响——责任担当为中介变量的研究

摘要：

基于上海20家IT企业持股员工的样本,提出了员工对股票的决策权认知与其利他及建言行为之间的关系假设,分析了责任担当在决策权认知和利他及建言之间的中介作用。研究结果表明:员工对股票的决策权认知与其利他及建言行为呈显著正相关;员工的责任担当水平在股票的决策权认知和利他及建言之间起完全中介作用。
