首发精神分裂症患者N400神经发生源的研究

摘要
目的探讨首发精神分裂症患者汉语句子结尾词匹配和非匹配事件相关脑电位(ERP)N400的特点及其神经发生源。方法应用WJ-1型ERP仪,对56例首发精神分裂症患者使用76个汉语句子(31句匹配,45句非匹配)进行刺激,诱发N400,经脑地形图分析软件对N400差异波105~615ms时间窗口内的神经发生源进行研究。结果①在首发精神分裂症患者中,语义非匹配较语义匹配的N400潜伏期长,波幅高(P<0.05或P<0.01);②汉语句子诱发的N400广泛分布于脑部各区,N400波型明显。③N400在345~405ms时,主要激活额区;在420~570ms时,可激活多个脑区,以中央区激活最显著。结论首发精神分裂症患者汉语句子N400神经发生源可能是多源性、多部位共同作用的结果,以额区最为活跃。
