摘要：

抵抗素是脂肪细胞分泌的一种多肽类激素,通过影响胰岛素信号转导途径及代谢相关酶的转录参与机体的代谢调节。近年来研究表明抵抗素在外周血单核细胞中高表达,并与多个炎性标志物相关,提示抵抗素是一种前炎性细胞因子,可能以一种代谢信号的方式表达潜在的炎性作用,引起多系统炎性相关性疾病。但抵抗素与多种炎性因子的共同通路及其拮抗途径尚需进一步研究。
