摘要：

慢性肾脏病特别是终末期需维持性血液透析患者常出现肌萎缩、运动强度和耐力下降,并因此增加患者死亡率。近年来,对慢性肾脏病运动治疗的研究取得了较大进展。本文对慢性肾脏病患者躯体运动功能减退的原因、运动治疗对慢性肾脏病患者的益处以及运动治疗的时机、方法和禁忌症等进行综述。
