人血清类胰蛋白酶含量测定方法的建立

摘要：

目的　检测正常人血清类胰蛋白酶含量 ,为肥大细胞相关疾病的诊断提供依据。方法　随机抽取正常人血清标本和 1例过敏性休克死亡患者血清 ,用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)法检测类胰蛋白酶的水平。结果　 2 0 6份正常人血清类胰蛋白酶含量的平均值为 2 .2 4ng/mL。过敏性休克死者血清类胰蛋白酶含量为正常人的 5 0倍。结论　本实验建立了较灵敏的检测类胰蛋白酶的ELISA法 ,为临床肥大细胞相关疾病的诊断提供依据
