摘要：

目的:为溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的药物治疗提供参考。方法:查阅国内外文献,对UC的药物治疗研究进展作一综述。结果与结论:UC是直肠和结肠的一种慢性非特异性炎症,病因尚不清楚。其药物治疗主要以氨基水杨酸制剂、糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂为主,近年来中药和生物方法在UC治疗中也取得一定进展。根据患者病情合理选择治疗方案,中西医结合、多途径给药对UC患者的治疗具有重要价值。
