摘要：

自1968年Dudrick等[1]首先报道应用胃肠外营养(parenteral nutrition,PN)可明显改善患儿的营养和预后以来,PN已越来越普遍应用于急重症或严重胃肠道疾病的患儿。目前,PN是危重症新生儿,尤其是早产儿营养支持必不可少的治疗方法之一。1971年Peden等[2]报道了1例接受全胃肠外营养(total parenteral
