摘要
加兰他敏是一种从石蒜科植物中提取的菲啶类生物碱,具有多重作用机制:作为一种可逆性的胆碱酯酶抑制剂,能增加神经肌肉突触间隙内乙酰胆碱的浓度;作为变构增强配体可使烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(nico-tinic acetylcholine receptor,nAChR)活化,具有神经保护功能;可作用于淀粉样前体蛋白的代谢途径,减少β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的生成;同时,加兰他敏还具有疾病调节作用,能抑制Aβ的聚集和/或毒性。现就加兰他敏在治疗阿尔茨海默病中的作用机制进行综述。
