摘要
热刺激能诱导机体产生热激响应 (heatshockre sponse ,HSR)。在热激基因 (编码热激蛋白的基因 ,heatshockgene ,HSgene)表达之前许多信号转导组分已经发生了改变。已有一些直接或间接的证据表明Ca2 + 及CaM参与了植物HSR的信号转导。真核生物中热激基因的表达被热激转录因子 (heatshocktranscriptionfactor,HSF)所介导。热胁迫时 ,HSF被激活并结合到热激元件 (heatshockelement,HSE)上。在这篇综述中 ,主要介绍与植物热激信号转导途径 (包括基因调控过程 )中上游的Ca2 + CaM信号系统及下游的热激基因表达调控相关的一些研究进展 ,包括本实验室在将植物热激信号转导过程上下游连成一个完整的途径中所做的工作
