<正>心肌缺血再灌注损伤(ischemic reperfusion injury,IRI)是心肌组织在较长时间缺血后恢复血液灌流,反而出现比再灌注前更明显、更严重的损伤和功能障碍,包括收缩功能降低,冠脉流量下降及血管反应性改变。自从1977年Hearse首次提出缺血再灌注损伤的概念,关于其机制及防治的研究国内
