黄酮类化合物药动学研究进展

摘要：

对近 5年国内外关于黄酮类化合物药动学研究的文献进行检索、整理分析和归纳总结 ,介绍了其在体内的测定方法、药动学过程 (包括吸收、分布、代谢和排泄 )以及生物利用度的研究情况。黄酮类化合物在体内的药动学过程比较复杂 ,可以根据不同的情况选择合适的方法进行研究 ,其在中药复方制剂中的动力学研究相对还很薄弱。因此 ,有必要对复方中的黄酮类成分的药动学进一步深入的研究。
