超声引导选择性颈神经根阻滞治疗老年颈源性疼痛的效果观察

摘要：

目的观察超声引导选择性颈神经根阻滞治疗老年颈源性疼痛的疗效。方法 83例颈源性疼痛患者,根据受累颈神经根节段,在超声引导下行选择性颈神经根阻滞治疗。随访并比较患者术前及治疗后1、6个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI),并根据Odom标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果 50例患者完成随访。患者治疗后1、6个月VAS评分与NDI均较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。按照Odom标准,治疗后1、6个月优良率分别为90%和82%。所有患者均未出现不良反应。结论超声引导选择性颈神经根阻滞可安全有效地治疗老年颈源性疼痛。
