摘要：

<正>失眠与抑郁的关系无论在临床还是基于人群的研究中均被证实,而且失眠与抑郁的关系是双向的。失眠不但是抑郁最常见躯体症状,又是抑郁发生或复发的危险因素。许多研究发现两者存在密切关系,它们互为因果、相互促进并彼此维持,导致失眠与抑郁症状迁延不愈、加重或复发[1]。本文试图对近年来失眠症及抑郁障碍生物节律和相关治疗临床评价研究进展加以综述[2]。
