摘要
目的通过对模拟仿真手术发展进程的历史回顾,阐明关节置换虚拟手术的数字化背景。方法查阅国内外近年有关虚拟手术的最新文献,归纳、整理、总结出关节置换虚拟手术的数字化原理。结果遵循三维重建、图像融合、图像分割、人机交互、离线仿真等基本步骤,一些简易的虚拟手术在计算机软件辅助下得以实现。结论数字化技术贯穿着虚拟仿真二十多年的进程,这一高新医技既有科研效应,又有教学效能,更有临床效益,因而前景无限。
