中文版安德森吞咽困难量表的信效度研究

摘要：

目的翻译并评价中文版安德森吞咽困难量表(M.D.Anderson Dysphagia Inventory,MDADI)的信效度。方法翻译并修订MDADI,采用中文版MDADI对112例头颈肿瘤吞咽困难的患者进行调查研究,评价其信效度。结果中文版MDADI的内容效度指数(CVI)为0.94;MDADI各维度和头颈肿瘤治疗功能评估量表(FACT-H&N)各维度间的Spearman相关系数显示了MDADI的聚合效度和区分效度良好;随访时间0～3个月、3～6个月和6个月以上患者在MDADI各维度上得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);进食普食、半流质和流质饮食患者在MDADI各维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);探索性因子分析提取了4个共同因子,累积贡献率为60.67%,与原量表的结构有所差异;以头颈肿瘤患者行为状态量表(Performance Status Scale for Head&Neck Cancer Patients,PSS-HN)为效标,效标关联效度为0.72(P<0.01)。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.90,重测信度为0.66～0.86。结论中文版MDADI信、效度都在心理测量学指标可接受范围内。MDADI量表可以用于中国大陆头颈肿瘤患者吞咽困难生活质量的评估,并可为临床护理干预提供依据。
