<正>多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS）是青春期和育龄期妇女常见的生殖内分泌疾病。因诊断标准和种族不同,它的发病率为1.8%15%[1～3]。PCOS患者出现一系列的症状,包括长期的停止排卵（闭经、月经过少、月经周期不规则）、临床高雄激素特征（痤疮、多毛症）、高雄激素的生化表现,超声下卵巢的多囊表现、代谢综合征等。临床上PCOS的症状通常开始于青春期,甚至可能更早,其
