摘要：

<正>既往老年领域的研究多集中于强调老化、压力、疾病、缺陷等负性结果的危害,新进研究将韧性作为积极心理学的关注热点,并尝试将其作为老年人的健康促进策略〔1〕。国外多项研究表明,韧性是促进个体健康和幸福感的重要因素,韧性水平高的老人不仅能成功适应老年生活中的角色,而且具有较好的整体健康水平、生存质量及幸福感体验〔2,3〕。为此,本文综述国内
