<正>富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)是通过离心法从周围全血中分离出的血小板浓缩物,根据制作方法的不同,可能同时含有高浓度的白细胞和纤维蛋白原等。血小板在激活后会释放多种生长因子,如转化生长因子-β、胰岛素样生长因子、血小板源性生长因子、表皮生长因子、血管内皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,b-FGF)等,这些生长因子可刺激细胞的增殖、合成与代
