<正> Materials and methods Tomato ‘Zheza 7' seedlings grown in pots containingcarbonized rice hull were transplanted to plasticbaskets, each of which contained 4 L of arenaceousquartz and were partly soaked in completenutrition solution in plastic buckets, when the budsof the first truss were just visible. Two seedlings wereplanted in every basket. Their fruits and leaves weresampled on the 20th day after the first flower
