<正>金黄葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌)目前已经成为世界范围内引起人类感染性疾病的首要病原菌,可以引起从皮肤软组织感染到危急人类生命的一系列疾病,如心内膜炎、肺炎、毒素休克综合征(TSS)等。耐甲氧西林的金黄葡萄球菌(MRSA)多重耐药严重,通常对β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、氟喹诺酮类、四环素类、大环内酯类、林可霉素等多种抗菌药物耐药,仅仅对糖肽类(如万古霉素)敏感。近年来,在日本
