跗骨窦综合征的临床研究

摘要：

跗骨窦综合征主要表现为外踝前下方不适,压痛或软组织肿胀。MRI有较高的软组织分辨力,可直接显示踝关节损伤部位及相关病理改变。本文复习跗骨窦的解剖结构,总结跗骨窦综合征的MRI主要表现及与CT相比的优越性、敏感性。研究表明,高场强MRI能更好地显示韧带未受损部分与受损部分的对比,为临床制定正确的治疗方案提供帮助。
