摘要：

<正>股前外侧皮瓣应用已经30年,并且逐渐成为临床上的主力皮瓣。其优势越来越明显,如:供区损伤小,血管蒂长、管径大,容易切取,可以组合成不同的复合皮瓣,成功率高等[1-13]。在其应用的初期,解剖变异曾阻碍该皮瓣的推广。然而随着大量临床经验的积累和解剖学研究的进步,股前外侧皮瓣的解剖学变异逐渐得到充分认识,不再是该皮瓣应用的主要障碍[14]。与此相反,旋股外侧动脉降支远端血管（the distal run-off ves—sel of the descending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral system）
