摘要：

原发性肝癌是我国常见的一种恶性肿瘤,位居肿瘤死亡的第二位。肝癌的早期诊断是提高患者生存率的一项最重要因素。虽然甲胎球蛋白(alphafetoprotein,AFP)在肝癌的诊断中起了积极的作用,但随着新技术的开发而促使新发病例中AFP阴性肝癌比例的不断增加,AFP诊断肝癌的特异性及敏感度已有下降,因此目前急需开发一些新的具有诊断或联合诊断价值的肝癌血清标志物。然而理想的肝癌标志物应在肝脏结节恶变的早期阶段即能敏感和特异性地从外周血中检出,且方法简便,重复性好。近年来,随着基因芯片和蛋白质质谱等新技术的发展及其应用而呈现出多种新的肝癌候选标志物,它们在实验室阶段已被证实与肝癌的发生发展相关,但其临床应用价值尚待进一步作多中心及大样本的临床试验。
