摘要：

他汀类药物是临床上广泛应用的降脂药。越来越多的证据表明,他汀类药物除具有明显降脂作用外,还拥有降脂以外的多种心血管保护作用,包括改善内皮功能、抗炎、抗血小板集聚等。现就近年的研究进展做如下综述。
