免疫斑点法检测登革热病毒抗体

摘要：

介绍免疫斑点酶法在登革热血清诊断上的应用。经探索多种实验条件,建立了快速、简便、敏感检测登革热抗体的斑点法,其中一步法将温度提高到43℃2小时便出结果,抗原膜可在室温保存4个月以上,并且该法对登革热检测具有较好的特异性和敏感性。本法操作简单,结果易判断,不受主观因素影响,不需特殊设备,是目前登革热实验诊断及流行病学调查的一种比较理想的方法。
