大麦的营养价值与提高其畜禽利用率的措施

摘要
我国饲料资源严重的缺乏,大麦是代替玉米的良好来源,但大麦中含有呕吐毒素、非淀粉多糖、丹宁、植酸等抗营养因子,限制了其在饲料中的应用。水浸泡处理、发酵处理、高湿度贮存、制粒、辐照处理、发芽处理、添加酶制剂等措施可以使大麦的畜禽消化率得到改善。
