企业R&D能力与绩效协调发展比较研究

摘要
以企业R&D能力与绩效耦合协调度为切入点,在评价指标体系构建的基础上,利用信息熵对各指标进行客观赋权;构建企业R&D能力与绩效耦合协调度模型,并设定耦合协调度等级划分标准;以我国31个省市地区大中型工业企业为例,展开实证分析。研究结果显示:全国80.65%的省市地区大中型工业企业R&D能力与绩效处于勉强协调发展水平;全国90.32%的省市地区大中型工业企业属于R&D能力滞后类型;大中型工业企业R&D能力与绩效协调发展水平与所属地区经济发展水平相关。
