<正>美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》(The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,DSM)自颁布以来,受到国际各界的广泛关注。2013年,美国精神医学学会在DSM-IV-TR的基础上,历时14年,完成DSM-5第一版。与DSM-IV相比,DSM-5在多个方面都发生了重大变化。本文就DSM-5中四种谱系障碍的改变做简要介绍。
