摘要：

美国和欧洲国家的实践证明,天使投资人是早期创业企业最重要的融资来源,规模上已经超过了创业投资基金。自20世纪80年代以来,西方学者对美国等19个国家的天使投资展开了一系列的理论和实证研究,取得了丰富的成果,开辟了创业投资研究的新领域。本文主要从天使投资人和天使投资活动两个方面综述了近10年来国外天使投资的研究进展,并对今后我国天使投资的研究方向进行了展望。
