TP与GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效比较

摘要：

目的:观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)与吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法:选取晚期NSCLC60例,随机分为TP组和GP组,每组30例,均完成两个周期化疗。结果:TP组治疗有效率(CR+PR)为43．3%,GP组为40．0%,两组比较无显著性差异(P＞0．05)。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制和恶心呕吐;TP组主要为白细胞的下降和末梢神经炎,GP组主要表现为血小板的下降。两组病人毒副反应均可耐受。结论:西紫杉醇或吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC均有较好的疗效,毒性反应可以耐受,但应注意不良反应的处理。
