摘要：

治疗依从性是指患者遵从医嘱和(或)治疗建议的程度。不依从常易导致治疗效果不佳,达不到治疗目的或导致药物不良反应,同时还可引起其他社会问题。患者治疗依从性的测量方法有自我报告法、档案记录法、药物用量计数法、药物浓度监测法和药物疗效评价法。改善治疗依从性的措施包括进行健康教育、加强医患交流、简化治疗方案、创造良好的社会环境、降低医疗费用、采取护理干预、开展药学服务等。
