摘要
为了消除人们对转基因植物中抗性标记基因的安全性的顾虑 ,培育无抗性标记和具有安全选择标记的转基因植物目前已成为植物基因工程研究的热点 .本文对能去除抗性标记基因的转化系统和几种安全标记基因在植物转化中的研究进展作一综述
