<正>肠毒素性大肠杆菌(entertoxigenic escherichia coli,ETEC)是婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原菌。Wenneras等估计每年全球5岁以下儿童因ETEC感染的病例高达2亿人次,ETEC也是到发展中国家旅游者腹泻的主要病原菌,30%～60%的旅游者腹泻由ETEC所致。一般认为ETEC属非侵袭菌,进入宿主体内后,由定居因子(colonization factor,CFs)黏附到小肠
